Summit portraits is a project which brings portraiture photography to high altitude, ideated to pay homage to the highest peak of the Apennines, through the shots to men and women who ascend the top of the Corno Grande peak. Each person reached the top with their own history, their age on the shoulders and their aspiration, therefore, we decided to enhance the variety of characters with rigorous "studio" portraits that for one day were united by the same choice of reaching 2912 meters above the sea level. Strong and continuous has been the desire over the centuries to be able to look at the surrounding world from greater heights, for this reason, in addition to the images of those who have lent themselves to our mountain and photographic enterprise, we intersperse the visions that these photographed subjects have had in their eyes, once on top.
